A. If you are a Gold Member, you must be sure to be logged into both your TVSpy account on your member homepage and your TVSpy Watercooler screen name.

Q. Why has a charge appeared on my credit card from Vault?

A. TVSpy is a subsidiary of Vault Inc. When you purchase a Gold Membership from TVSpy the charge will appear as "Vault" on your credit card.




Q. I suddenly stopped receiving ShopTalk, how do I resume my subscription?

A. Occasionally ShopTalk is prevented from being delivered because of spam filters. Be sure to check with your mail administrator that ShopTalk isn't being blocked. Remember, you can also read ShopTalk online at TVSpy.com.

Q. I need to retire my old account or my old e-mail address.

A. There is no need to retire or reactivate your account, you can easily update it with your new e-mail address. Just log into your TVSpy member homepage and click on "Update your basic member information" in the blue box to the top right.

Q. Why are some postings removed in the Watercooler that don't seem to be offensive or politically motivated?

A. Occasionally, an entire topic will be deleted by TVSpy's moderators, because there are several inappropriate threads in the discussion. The deletion of responsible postings, is unintentional, but sometimes necessary to best maintain the integrity of the TVSpy Watercooler.
